Hi!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist new to the East Kootenays, and I’m excited to be settling into this beautiful part of the province. I grew up in Revelstoke and spent the last several years living on Vancouver Island, where I completed my training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2020 and have been practicing ever since.
My approach to massage is client-focused, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply in need of some restorative care, I tailor each treatment to support your goals and comfort.
I’m currently welcoming new clients and look forward to being part of your wellness routine—and this amazing community.
